Imagine  the iconic Marilyn Monroe in Iloilo hablon as her skirt was blown away by the New York City steam. Miss Universe Ph 2022 Iloilo Province  Vanessa Caro went to school in New York City and here is  her local version today  of that famous pose in the past.

Vanessa wears an individually hand-cut hablon foliage dress  by Ilonggo designer Hector Totong Gellangarin who meticulously and graphically engineered this haute-couture  piece which when opened  forms a flower petal. He who also designed the exquisite Iloilo  "patadyong" clutch for Vanessa.
